But I thought I should share this great site which will design a training program based on your age, height, weight, fitness level etc. You can chose how many days a week, and keep track of your exercises. They develop an 8-12 week program based on your statistics. Which tells you what exercises to do, when to do them etc. It's really a great site, check it out:
