Osu,

Sensei Hitoshi Kiyama is also known as the man who redeemed Japanese Pride by winning the 8th World Tournament regaining from Brazil the Championship Title won by Shihan Francisco Filho in the 7th World Tournament.

To paraphrase the Great Sosai Masutatsu Oyama - The World Tournament Championship should remain in Japan, this being their pride, otherwise all must commit Harakiri.

Well the Champion Title is back in Japan and the 9th World is soon to come this 2007. Will Japanese Pride remain intact or will the Championship go elsewhere. Sad though Sensei Kiyama has retired from fighting in tournaments and has undertaken the Noble Task of Teaching Kyokushin Karate-do.

Osu!

Osu!

He entered, fought and won.

The tournament is not restricted to those with EU passports, just as Europeans compete in the All-Japan.
