There will be a throwdown Sunday March 25th at Fighthouse if anyone is interested. I just want to let everyone know that a throwdown isn't a fight club. It's just a friendly gathering for martial artists to spar outside of their normal environment. It's up to sparring partners to agree to the rules before hand, ie no ground and pound or no knees and elbows etc. I would definitely suggest it to anyone who has never sparred outside of the school, especially if you've never grappled or haven't grappled with anyone who trains in grappling. Not to mention sparring with head shots. So I hope you NY/NJ guys decide to show up.

Oh, and the date in the Title is wrong it's not 20 years from next Sunday, it's next Sunday 3/25/07.

I don't think anyone was really interested, but just to let people know it's been canceled. It's been rescheduled for April 1st.
