Sponsored links in K4L forum.
As you may have noticed, there have been some slight additions to the website. Specifically the addition of sponsored links within the forum. As the site takes money to run, this is a necessary step.
However....there is a way to continue to view the site ad-free. "How do we do that?" you ask..become a kyokushin4life.com supporter. A small donation will earn you an ad-free experience within the forum, as well as the following features.
- K4L Support Member tag
- Access to a special members section of forum
- Permission to wear a cutom title
- Bigger PM Box (500)
- Permission to wear a larger & animated avatar
- Colored Fonts and an image in your signature
- Can create pages in K4L Wiki
- You can see who has given you reputations
but more important than that, it demonstrates your support towards the greatest knockdown karate website on the face of the earth.
To find out how to donate please visit the following page.
[Vapor has a step by step tutorial how to use paypal.]
http://www.kyokushin4life.com/forums...hlight=support
Does this information help?

K4L
I just looked at that page and it say there are two ways to support but I only see one listed. Great Idea though to remind everyone again.

I would like to support too.
Is there any other way than "paypal"?
Can't I just send money to a bankaccount?

Osu! Vapor,
Given that you're fairly close to my area, are you able to take the supporter donations? (Also gives me an excuse to visit )

I would be willing to accept the donation, and make sure that it gets to K4l!!!
(I just got back in town from a business trip in Europe, and will be heading out to vacation on Wednesday....so if we can set up a time for later this month, that would work for me!)

Osu! Vapor,
I know your real reason for training. Defence against all your jealous friends and family!
Yes, later this month is good, just let's discuss it when you return.
Stay safe

The travel I do for work is a requirement of the job....it could be considered a perk to some, or a burden to others.
I appreciate that you are willing to help out to becoming a supporting member!

Osu!
Ah, I may miss the travel, but I have three kids now, and when I'm away, I miss them a lot more than I ever miss out on with travel. (Given the option, I do bring them along, but the baby is a new arrival, and she'll be keeping me home for a bit.)
Thanks. I think we have to step up where we can. Like I've said elsewhere, if we can demonstrate our willingness to work together as lower level representatives of all the various orgs, then we leave less room for our seniors to bicker and still maintain face.

OSU Dent,
I understand about kids and travel. We have two and another due in 7 weeks. When I travel, I try and go for as little time as possible.
May I say my 2 cents worth to encourage as many members as possible to become supporting members. This is a wonderful forum to exchange thoughts, information and ideas in a not political format and as it grows, the cost do as well. It's up to us the members to ensure that it can support its self.
