Michael Jai White
Has anyone trained with Michael Jai White? According to wikipedia and his own website, he holds black belt in 6 different karate styles but considers Kyokushin is his base.
He seems a nice guy. Oh, and he'll be in the new Batman flick, "The Dark Knight." I doubt there'll be any combat sequence with him .

I'm not sure if he's still training in Burbank but I've met him a few times. He's a nice guy and pretty humble for a guy that's been in the movies

You've met him? Wow, you're so lucky! One of my friends at college (not martial artist) said she met him when she was a child. I've been a big fan of him since I saw "Spawn." He's so big and pretty heavy-weighted, yet he moves so fast, sharp, and even airborne.
I want to make more fans of him!

I heard he wanted to remake the classic Black Belt Jones(Jim Kelly).
Could be pretty fun!

I might be able to meet Jim Kelly! He's now teaching Tennis at Gym in Chula Vista (a border town right next to Mexico), and one of my friends used to work there. She said she is surely able to introduce me to him!
I like one of his lines in "Enter the Dragon:"
"Man, you come right out of a comic book!"
Classic!

Another one of my favorite Jim Kelly quotes are "Mr. Han, suddenly I'd like to leave your island...." "B.S. Mr. Han Man!" haha good times.
I actually got to do kumite with M.J.W. a while ago. I think it's safe to say that he had quite a size advantage over me.

That comes as a bit of a surprise, Kurisu. I thought you two were about even.

Even though I really didn't enjoy the movie Undisputed 2, I thought he was great, so were his fight scenes. I wonder how would you rate him as a fighter Kurisu?

Senpai Michael (along with Sensei Dolph) are usual VIP guests at the US Weight Category in Los Angeles. I've met Senpai Michael the last two years there.

I thought Dolph Landgren was in IKO2. Maybe, he doesn't care politics among the Kyokushin groups, which is good thing. Kyokushin is Kyokushin no matter what organization they are.
