Osu, its not easy,
If we covered everything we wanted to it would be a full time job

You can say that again! I want to pull out specific classes to focus on kata and kumite respectively. Also, where to mix in conditioning, cross-training, etc, etc. I wish it was full-time for me. Maybe someday! Osu.

Osu bobh, I find the easiest way is to hold courses on specifics, so in addition to my through the week classes I will maybe hold an extra class on a Sunday morning for those who are eager to learn, maybe once a month or so.

I agree it would be great to do it full time!

Hasbeen,

Tam got the flu (not swine) and had to pull out, We started our K2 preperation last night and I should have at least 2 fighters there, I will have to do some heavy conditioning work with Tam as it looks like he is creeping in to the Heavy weight division, he is current about 84K and still very lean so not much room for weight loss.

I am just about to go on-line and book the Arora Hotel in Crawley
