Yes I will be planning the preparations, right now am still healing from all the JAPAN hype. I need the vacation. Physically and mentally.

One thing for sure is that I will combine it with the past training fro Japan, a lot throguh those exercises has worked for me.

Can only wish you well with that - is this not something long overdue? You know, when I started with Ashihara, that was something to covet - having 3 gold bars as there were not many people having that at the time. Actually being sandan 20 or so years ago was something admirable, but nowadays times have evolved and we have many, many more higher grades.

It is, because I haven't had enough time to prepare and train for them because of work commitments. I did early this year (so did everybody who was to grade) until we were notified that the Japan event will take place in June instead of Novemeber, and that caused everything else to be on hold. now things are back to normal.

Am still unable to access the [IKO Matsushima] World Champs ( 1 2) and haven't figured out why.

I did post the report on my Workout Journal though. Was soooooo looking forward to have it posted in
