I live in the Kitchener area and I was wondering if anyone on this forum has ever trained at this dojo. Would anyone be able to give me any information or opinions about this dojo and its training/teachings?

Any information would very much be appreciated, I'm thinking of trying this place out to see what it is like.

Hello Pinkladyeater,

Why not visit them and see for yourself?

Also, I see this is your first post on K4L. It would be great if you stopped by our introduction section, and told us a little about yourself.

I think I will visit them and see if I can sit in on a class. I'll check out the introduction section and provide a little more information about myself.

That’s great to hear, I'm really interested in the Kyokushin style of Karate from what I've read about it. I like the idea of full contact sparing because I think it better prepares you for real life situations.

I can definatley say that he is an excellent instructor. His dojo hosted Shihan Andre Gilberts seminar this past September. You should really check it out.
