![]() I am the closer of my office area. So for the last 30 min of the day I do stretches and kihon and kata and shadowboxing lol. No one has walked in yet! ![]()

Something I found to be funny about dynamic flexibility is that it doesn't really correlate with static flexibility. So someone can be able to do a full split and not be able to kick very high, or (in my case) be able to kick well above head level (with little to no warm up!) and still be unable to do a full split.
I obviously feel that dynamic flexibility is the more important of the two as it is obviously the most combat applicable. Static flexibility would be more important to gymnasts and the like. |
