Boxing exercises
Does anyone know the Japanese name of the boxing exercises used in Kyokushin? I am still new to this martial art and I have practiced those exercises just once. It looks like shadow boxing e.g. you're walking in a line forward and throwing some jabs and hooks. I think there are four roads with different punches. It would be also great if anyone has a video or pictures for it.
Thank you in advance! ![]() |

I am sure that someone will answer the the names you are searching for...in the mean time, can I ask you to jump over to the INTRODUCTIONS forum, and tell us a little bit about yourself, so that we can give you a proper welcome?
