SG like all others here I agree it's all about taking in the right number of calories from the right balance of food groups carbs, protein and fat etc for the amount of exercise you can do - I have put on weight on diets coz I've watched the calories but not the source so my body thought I was starving and it and hoarded everything I ate
. Regards to exercise if you don't have one try and put up a bag if you can - stay on the balls of your feet so you don't put too much pressure on your knees and just pound away - it's a great work out you will sweat out them egg sannies and it'll keep up your fighting spirit ![]()
