skipping class
today is my first day of skipping class in 4 years.

due to flu, i've finally decided not to go. usually i just take lots of medication and tough it out. i feel restless and i feel lazy.

how often do you guys skip class and do you feel guilty?

You have to be sensible with your body - you do only get one so I wouldnt beat yourself up about missing training. In the future many things wil come up that may stop you training and you just have to accept that and know that when you are training you are giving it your all.

Amazing that you went 4 years without missing a class!

Life sometimes gets in the way, and if you think about it, you are putting your dojo mates at risk of catching your sickness, if you try to tough it out...

So, rest up, feel better, and then train hard!

Osu!

Four years is very impressive! I don't like missing class, but I try to be realistic, particularly with health issues. I'd be a lousy Dojo mate if I went there sick, and infected someone else.

Osu!

I miss class too much!...mostly due to university because the work load is so big!!
No matter how many classes I miss, I always feel a bit guilty.
