Man I am so sore!!
Just did Kata today. Spent a good 30 minutes on it then it started to rain so I came inside for a shower. ![]()

I am experimenting a bit here.
I think for the next few weeks up till my promotion test I will only be doing Kata,Running,Jump Rope,Burpees,Kihon,Etc No strength training. I want to spend some time on speed and technique. I feel that I am more than adequately strong at this point for my needs. Plus I will be concentrating on fat burning. ![]()
