Feeling a bit lazy after reading these posts!! Going to have to sort out a bit more of a routine. So far I'm only doing some aerobic work on the bike, and some basic exercises at home (pushups/situps). Havn't got a solid training schedule though just fit things in where i can. It's quite difficult with a young family, i always feel like i am taxiing them around to their activities(not that i mind at least they are active).

![]() ![]() He's much bigger now though. On a serious note: I've been trying to get into the mode of running early in the morning but can't seem get my energy sparked high enough that early in the morning. usually it's just "do your business", literally walk/stroll around and that's it.

If there's one thing I'm sure of it's that I'll not be ready for K2! There are a couple of events in Nov. I'm gonna try and be ready for them if work allows and then see what the next 12 months bring, really don't want to retire from fighting before I go for my BB grading next year and would really like to fight at Palace next Oct even oif it means taking a few weeks off ato prepare.
